Q1.Can items be returned, if not satisfied?
A1.Returned items will be refunded or exchanged, 30 days of receipt, less shipping charges. Please contact us immediately if your item is damaged. Your damaged item will be refunded or replaced, whereas we will pay shipping charges on damaged goods.  (Please  contact  us  for a  return authorization, in either situation, before shipping the item back to us. Thank you. ) 

Q2.What is the approximate delivery time on an order?
A2.Your order will be shipped ASAP.(Approximately 7-10 business days, if not specified otherwise.) Please note that rush orders will have a more expensive freight charge.  Our normal shipping is UPS ground. You must have a physical address to ship your items to. UPS or DHL will not ship to a post office address. Please contact us before ordering,  if this is a problem.
